How the process works

You call, WhatsApp or send photos through this site — ideally 3–4 photos of the roof (front, rear, close-up, access shot). Free, no obligation.
We qualify the enquiry — postcode, service type, urgency, any access considerations — and confirm the best partner match for your area.
We brief our approved partner with your details so they can send a fixed-price written quote within 24 hours.
Your matched specialist handles the rest — scheduling, the work itself, before-and-after photos, invoicing and any aftercare.
Your contract is directly with the delivery specialist. They’re the insured party, they carry the warranty, and they’re the ones you deal with on the day.

Who am I actually contracting with?

Once you accept the quote, your contract for the work itself is with the matched delivery partner. They’re the insured party, they invoice you directly, and they carry the warranty on the biocide treatment. Hampshire Roof Care’s role ends once you and the partner have agreed the job.

Do you charge me anything?

No. This service is free to you. Our delivery partners pay Hampshire Roof Care a small referral fee out of their side of any booked job — that’s how we cover the cost of running the site and answering enquiries. You pay the same price you would pay if you went direct.

Can I choose which partner I get matched to?

The matching is done by us based on your postcode, service type and current partner capacity. If you have a specific preference, mention it when you call and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What if something goes wrong on the job?

Speak to the delivery partner first — they carry the warranty and the insurance. If the matter isn’t resolved satisfactorily, get back in touch with us and we’ll help escalate. Partners who don’t meet our standards are removed from the network.
